Flint River Ranch Company Uses Only The Highest Quality Ingredients.

All of the animals used for our meat ingredients are hormone and chemical free.

Flint River Ranch Lamb is from New Zealand and is range grass-fed certified.

Flint River Ranch Trout is raised in large cold-water ponds, trout farms with a special feeding diet.

Flint River Ranch Chickens are also raised hormone free on ranches in California, Idaho and Utah. The chickens have considerable access to open area activity when the weather is nice;however, they are primarily raised inside because of weather, heat, and cold. To be healthy, and for the reason they are not fed chemical the temperature needs to be closely regulated. Flint River Ranch specifically does not purchase fully range fed chicken for the reason they have too many diseases. While Flint River Ranch tries to use as much organic fed chicken as possible the majority is considered human quality, not organic as the grain fed is not 100% organic. The same with Flint River Ranch trout and lamb.

Flint River Ranch Menhaden fish comes from the North Atlantic ocean.

Flint River Ranch grains are from companies that supply highest quality ingredients to human food manufacturers. Flint River Ranch does not purchase grain from the farm because of the possibility of toxic molds.

All meat ingredients are processed for Flint River Ranch under strict USDA controlled conditions, except for the lamb. However, the lamb is USDA inspected and approved.

Flint River Ranch is also certified by the State of California for off-shore shipments, which require the highest certification of quality.
