Under this policy, Flint River Ranch will refund the full product value for any Flint River Ranch food or product, less 15% for the original shipping and handling charge, for returns made within 30 days of customer receipt of order. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping to the closest regional warehouse location.
